CWI Core Program
Reentry & Reintegration Programs

CWI begins with the person—not the record. We walk alongside individuals before, during and after release to restore stability, strengthen self-direction and connect each participant to education, employment and community opportunity.
Services Provided
- Purpose-centered transition planning up to 90 days before release
- State ID, documents and essential-needs connections
- Court, probation and release-navigation support
- Education, certification and workforce preparation
- Driver’s-license reinstatement guidance
- Warm handoffs, mentorship and consistent follow-up
